What an excellent place to go to, completely pain-free and the people are so nice. I went in needing a crown and eight cavities filled. Dr Sedon was absolutely fantastic. Very good at what he does and I'm one of those big babies that is deathly afraid of the dentist. Brittany, the girl who did the actual filling on my teeth was also out of this world. She's the one charged with actually putting the fillings on them and then sanding them down to make them look absolutely normal. This is my new place to go and I'm going to keep going there.

Sedon Family Dentistry does an Excellent job of taking care of my dental needs. The first thing you notice when you enter the office, is the warm and friendly environment. From the receptionist, to the hygienist, to Dr Sedon himself, the entire staff leaves you feeling relaxed and comfortable. They are knowledgeable, and perform their jobs with skill and professionalism. I've always viewed "Going to the dentist" as one of my least favorite necessities of life. I'm not saying that I now enjoy going to the dentist, but Sedon Family Dentistry has absolutely removed the "dread" that I have experienced in the past. Their maintenance routine has definitely reduced the number of dental issues requiring attention, and in the rare case dental work is needed, DDS Sedon has always permanently resolved the issue to my satisfaction.

Front Desk Staff was very professional-verified my insurance & set up appointment (within a week) Day of procedure-again front desk staff was excellent, Dr & assistant explained everything clearly & we discussed options ie:implant or not. I was not pressured into any work I didn’t want. All of my questions were answered to my satisfaction. All aspects of process from initial numbing to extraction were quick amazingly painless. Follow up care instructions were explained and the take home sheet was clear & concise. I would highly recommend this DentalWorks office to anyone

When you walk in the door you are greeted and asked immediately how they can help you! This business model is evident through the entire appointment. They care about you and want you to feel comfortable. Every appointment I have had here they are kind and honest. If you want a dentist office that doesn’t overcharge, listens, and gets you in at your scheduled time and out when they tell you they will be done then give them a try.
Dr. Sedon treated me for an emergency broken tooth. I am so grateful for the great job he did and for seeing me so promptly!
Dr. Sedon has been my dentist since he came to the facility. (I used this facility for a good 20 years)We adopted a child as older parents and I was raised using a pediatric doctor for everything.. with that being said, I did take our child elsewhere… BIGGEST mistake ever! The pediatric dentist in medina that I chose we went to 3 times. I kept wishing it would be better (they cancelled on us, closed the office before we showed without notification ) i was done! They cancelled me again so I called MY dentist.. boom… they were able to get my child in next day to start as a new patient. First thing first.. the STAFF.. friendly, accommodating, fast, and patient (my boy is 4.5) The hygienist …AMAZING! She did wonders with a curious kid in a new place. The cleaning was done to perfection with all the power tools , scraping, floss& fluoride (unlike the the other place we went that just used toothpaste on a normal toothbrush then the fluoride brush and on your way) The dentist..DR. SEDON… Amazing with our child. Great tone of voice, great demeanor, explaining everything about a toddler’s teeth to us . My son was extremely happy with his cleaning, he even had to run up to all staff members and smile to say”look at my teeth “ HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Thank you ❤️
